Description

The SilverEdge European Fund is a fund of SilverEdge Funds plc, an umbrella type open-ended investment company with segregated liability. The Fund aims to provide capital growth over the long term by investing in Equity and Equity Related Securities issued by companies that are listed or traded on stock exchanges anywhere in Europe. The Fund received approval from the Central Bank of Ireland on 19th December 2014. The Initial Subscription period has now closed but new investors may now subscribe for shares in the fund at the end of each calendar month at the prevailing NAV (Net Asset Value) per share but should complete the subscription form at least 7 days before the relevant month end.
